From Tuesday 7 May patients will receive their care from our new premises at Hill Street Health and Wellbeing Centre or Outwoods House. The old site on Gordon Street is no longer in use, so please do not go there for services.
As normal, you can call us on 01283 563175 to make an appointment. Please only come to the above sites if we’ve asked you to, as we may occasionally only work from one of the sites on some days and don’t want you to make a wasted journey.
